SHIPPING INFORMATION -- We make every effort to ship the same day for all orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if items will be delayed or not available. Please note that, while not guaranteed, items shipped UPS Ground within Texas are usually received the following day. For large orders, international orders, tax-exempt orders, expedited shipping, special requests, or additional information, please call Customer Service at (800) 433-9155.

RETURN POLICY -- We will be happy to exchange items for merchandise credit or exchange sizes in clothing, if available. Items must be returned to us in original, sellable condition. Additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please be advised that we cannot offer refunds on merchandise.
